Hotel Zulum Tulum

Located in the beach zone, it was a superb base for shopping.

The stay was absolutely great. We appreciated our 3 nights here. The staff members were perfect and kind. The breakfast had plenty of toast, jam, fruit and slices of fresh bread

Clean hotel, pretty friendly staff & gorgeous location on top of the beach. I had guest room with windows overlooking sea and exceptionally comfortable bed.

Spectacular view, everything was incredible. The staff was courteous and went the extra mile to provide a lovely stay. The hotel was a fine base for enjoying an excellent area. The restaurant was excellent with outstanding food and service.

Had a comfortable stay outside of the room, liked food and people. The breakfast had lots of options, fruit, breads, toast and jam.

Hip new hotel with cozy rooms, sweet staff. The staff did all they can for the best stay. Gorgeous view, a large balcony, nice bed, too. The beach was amazing. The venue restaurant was amazing with excellent cuisine. Hotel was clean and the service was attentive!

Staff and location were perfect, but most important - the hotel was fairly clean. Room had a big bathroom that we loved.

The whole experience was very lovely. That was whole new hotel set in safe area. The beach nearby was beautiful and the view was absolutely breathtaking. Delicious dishes in a small restaurant.

Everything was perfect as always. Fairly friendly staff, brand-new room, in general I loved this cool hotel. Breakfast was free - lots of dishes. Awesome view of ocean. The venue was in a nice enough area.

The venue is clean, the staff is accommodating. Beautiful beach club hotel location. There's variety of restaurants to choose from, like Tago Restaurante, set within 5 minutes walk or so, loved its location.

beautiful room, kind staff and a really comfy bed. they made my stay warm. the breakfast was tasty, had lots of options and the food was exceptional. i liked outstanding customer service too.

It deserves its 4 stars. All in all, I spend my time greatly.

Wi-fi was very poor.

Very convenient location ; hotel has free parking. Truly enjoyed king room overlooking the beach. The venue has a nice bar.

Comfortable place for a 4-night stay. View from the window to courtyard. Located in a quiet area, just walking distance from many landmarks of Tulum...
